[Tesla Model Y] Vehicle inspection compliant Pure Ghost 88 & original ceramic coating! Full application on a new car for repeat customer Mr. I | Zuya Factory, Saitama City
Today, we'd like to share a case study of a new Tesla Model Y (brand new car) that we worked on for Mr. I from Saitama City, a valued repeat customer who has always patronized our shop.
Thank you so much for choosing our shop again when you upgraded your car! We applied our top-of-the-line coating and a legal yet stylish functional heat-shielding film to the Model Y, a state-of-the-art electric vehicle (EV).
[Tesla Model Y] Transforming a new car into a supreme mirror finish. Original ceramic & ghost heat-shielding film application
1. Zuya Factory Original Ceramic Coating
The smooth, advanced, streamlined body lines unique to EVs. Even with a new car, we perform cleansing and precise surface preparation (skin adjustment) based on our unique know-how to bring out 100% of the paint's original clear beauty before application.
The body is coated with our original ceramic coating , which boasts an overwhelming thickness and a moist, deep luster. The hard ceramic coating significantly reduces everyday car wash scratches and powerfully blocks water spots and environmental pollutants from adhering. The metallic particles stand out beautifully, resulting in a captivating finish.
2. Front 3 windows: Aurora-colored "Pure Ghost 88"
The front 3 windows—windshield, driver's side, and passenger's side—are fitted with "Pure Ghost 88," a comfort film that combines fashionable aurora-colored finish with high heat-shielding properties.
The elegant purple-to-blue color scheme further enhances the futuristic appearance of the Model Y. Of course, it's not just about the looks; the visible light transmittance measurements after application also showed that the windshield achieved "80%" and the driver's side window achieved "75%", easily clearing the safety standard of over 70%. You can experience both the dress-up and heat-shielding effects safely and securely while complying with vehicle inspection regulations.
3. Rear area: Privacy & heat-shielding smoke film
The rear area, which originally had clear glass and good visibility, was fitted with heat-shielding smoke film to ensure privacy inside the car while cutting out the scorching heat of direct sunlight.
Rear side (door glass/quarter): Transmittance 14%
Hatchback glass: Transmittance 8%
By moderately blocking the view from the rear, it protects the privacy of the interior space and significantly improves the cooling efficiency of the air conditioner. For EVs that want to reduce battery consumption, this is a very popular menu item with excellent cost-effectiveness.
In conclusion
, the coating was applied to every detail without any gaps, and after drying and curing processes in a dedicated booth, the Tesla Model Y was completed with a perfect barrier that looks good from any angle.
Mr./Ms. I, we sincerely thank you for entrusting your precious vehicle to Zuya Factory once again. We will continue to provide full support with professional car washing and sophisticated maintenance so that your wonderful EV life with the newly launched Model Y is comfortable and beautiful!
