Here, we would like to introduce the technical capabilities of Zuya factory.
■ Consultation on construction and hearing at the time of reservation

■ Construction that judges the characteristics of the car condition and body color
Since the surface of the car is painted, it is not smooth, but strictly uneven. This is called "Yuzu skin" (= orange peel overseas), and it may be necessary to adjust the skin depending on the work content. Even a new car has iron powder, water stains, and small scratches, so all are reset (base treatment), coated, and dried at an appropriate temperature and humidity. At Zuya factory, we check the paint condition of such cars, and we check the options of Carnauba WAX instead of glass coating, such as deterioration of paint and low film thickness.
■ About base treatment by polishing
① Polisher (polishing machine)
Zuya factory uses carefully selected polishers from Germany, Italy and Japan. We have polishers with different sizes, actions, and rotation speeds to handle various press lines and small spots. How to remove scratches without scraping the paint is also a showcase for professional skills. Our shop incorporates a next-generation polishing system (dedicated polishing machine, compound, buff) to suppress damage to the painted surface at a lower temperature than conventional polishing methods and is effective for FRP, urethane, and carbon materials without scraping the paint more than necessary. It is especially effective for self-healing painting of Lexus and Nissan.
② Buff (wool, microfiber, sponge high resilience / low resilience)
We judge the painting condition and use it individually so that the load is not applied. When dealing with imported cars, overseas-made equipment may be more compatible, so we also make full use of overseas-made equipment so that we can handle such cases.
③ Compound (abrasive)
We use water-soluble and oil-based compounds depending on the situation.
In addition, after polishing with the compound, degreasing is performed to remove the oil contained in the compound and cleaning with a special shampoo to increase the fixing rate of the coating.
The optimum polishing method is derived by matching the above ① to ③ according to the painting situation.
④ Curing (masking tape, masker, tire cover)
Curing is performed to protect the parts that are not polished.
At Zuya factory, we use carefully selected tapes with low adhesive strength for each size and perform masking according to the pad size of the polisher. For older cars, etc., by curing the headlights and plated parts with tape, they may be peeled off together when the tape is peeled off, so change the pad size of the polisher and let it be installed without masking. You may be asked.
