1. Car wash, body check

Check the painted surface while cleaning the body surface and dirt with detergent.

Remove all parts that interfere with work, such as license plates and wiper blades.

Carefully check for scratches and deterioration.

2. Iron powder removal

"Iron powder" stuck in the painted surface of the body,

After removing with a special rubber pad W polisher, remove with an iron powder remover and a special nendo.

At the same time, remove pitch and tar, and in some cases, clean with a special solvent.

3. Masking work

Before polishing work

Carefully mask the molding, resin part, glass, etc. with masking tape without any gaps.

4. Base polishing work

Using a compound (abrasive), we will remove scratches on the painted surface while illuminating the body with a special light.

Use wool buffs and urethane buffs,

Select the equipment and compound according to the condition of the scratch,

Skilled techniques remove scratches and finish the painted skin in the best uniform condition.

5. Finishing work

The painted surface is mirror-finished using ultra-fine, ultra-fine urethane buffs.

Work carefully so as not to leave polishing scratches.

6. Solvent cleaning

After the base treatment is completed, degreasing cleaning is performed to remove oil.

Neutralize after washing with a special alkaline detergent, and check if it is completely degreased while rinsing with water.

7. Glass solvent coating

Apply glass solvent.

By careful manual work, we apply the glass solvent to the body, around the door, inside the fuel filler port, license plate and every corner.

8. Dry finish

After the application is completed, it is dried and the glass is cured.

You can see the glass actually harden, creating a touching luster.

After curing, a special finishing agent can be used to polish the painted surface with an ultra-fine buff to give it amazing depth and luster.

After that, wipe the windows and vacuum the room.

9. Completion

The entire body is illuminated with a special light to complete the final check.

10. Issuance of construction certificate
