Headlight coating construction process

1. Before construction

First, the oxide film on the surface is polished and removed.

By removing it, you can check the degree of deterioration of the hard coat layer, so if there is no problem, proceed to 4.

3. Polishing with water resistant paper

Start polishing with # 800 to # 1200 water resistant paper depending on the degree of deterioration.

We will finish it in several stages while making the count finer.

4. Finish polishing

Polish using a wool buff or urethane buff to remove the polishing marks on the water resistant paper.

5. Applying the coating

Apply the coating evenly using a sponge for application.

6. Finish

Finally, wipe off the coating agent to finish.
