[New Noah] New car coating applied to a repeat customer from Ageo City! Precision polishing & G-ON Synchro Ceramic Coating | Zuya Factory, Saitama City | blog | Mirror polish that surpasses new cars | Zuya Factory, a car coating specialist in Saitama City

This is Zuya Factory, a car coating specialist located in Omiya Ward, Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture.

Today, we would like to introduce a case study of a new Noah (ZWR95W) that we applied to a vehicle requested by a repeat customer from Ageo City who has always been a loyal patron of our shop. Thank you so much for choosing our dealership again at this important time of your vehicle change!

The owner brought their vehicle to our store on the same day they received their new one. To protect your precious new car from environmental damage for a long period of time, we will complete a full menu from the exterior to the undercarriage and windows in a "2-night, 3-day" process.

[New Noah ZWR95W] Bringing your new car to true perfection. Precision polishing & G-ON Sync coating

1. Thorough surface preparation, just like for older cars, to bring out the shine of a new car

It is often thought that "since it's a new car, you can just apply the coating as is," but in reality, oil from the atmosphere, fine water stains, and "cloudiness" on the paint surface inevitably adhere to the car from the factory to the customer.

At Zuya Factory, we value the same process for new cars as we do for older cars. First, a thorough "cleansing wash" using specialized chemicals removes invisible impurities. Then, under special lighting, the painted surface is inspected in detail, and a "polishing treatment (surface adjustment)" is performed to suit the delicate paintwork of a new car . This process eliminates the "blurring" characteristic of Noah's pearl white paint, and by making the painted surface as flat as possible, it creates a mirror-like transparency and deep gloss.

2. Body: GYEON Synchro Ceramic Coating

The world-renowned premium brand GYEON "Synchro" is carefully layered (applied) onto the perfectly prepared, clean surface. A robust two-layer ceramic coating envelops the body, dramatically reducing everyday car wash scratches. It provides an overwhelming sense of thickness and a beautiful, wet-look shine, and firmly blocks the adhesion of its natural enemies: water spots, acid rain, and insect stains.

3. Full Guard Menu for Exterior Details

• Wheel Ceramic Coating: Provides solid protection for sporty and stylish wheels. Prevents the adhesion of brake dust and mud stains, making daily car washes incredibly easy.

• Window Water-Repellent Coating (All Surfaces): A powerful water-repellent coating is applied to all glass surfaces, from the front to the rear. Not only does it ensure clear visibility in rainy weather, but it also significantly reduces the adhesion of water stains (scale buildup) that are common on minivans.

After a thorough drying process, the ultimate Noah is complete!

After all coatings are carefully applied to every detail, the film is thoroughly dried and hardened in a dedicated booth under appropriate temperature and humidity control to complete the process.

Every single press line and edge, down to the jet-black front grille, has been meticulously finished, resulting in a truly exceptional vehicle that exudes an aura of "more than new."
