1. Thorough surface preparation just like for older cars, which makes a difference even for new cars It

is often thought that "since it's a new car that has just been delivered, you can just apply the coating agent as is", but in reality, the paint surface of a new car has invisible "paint clouding (fine bumps and dips)", guard wax residue, and fine scratches that have accumulated from the time it leaves the factory, is transported to the dealer, and is stored.

At Zuya Factory, we prepare the surface of a new car with the exact same passion as we would for an older car. First, organic and inorganic dirt is thoroughly broken down and removed with a special chemical cleansing . Then, masking is applied, and a delicate "polishing process (surface adjustment)" is carried out to match the delicate paint of a new car.

This careful polishing makes the paint surface perfectly flat, and the transparency and brilliance of Mazda's proud high-definition color are clearly awakened.

2. Body: The overwhelming thickness of the original ceramic coating

After the base treatment and degreasing cleaning are completed perfectly, our proud original ceramic coating is applied (layered) to every nook and cranny.

The thick protective film, which far surpasses glass coating, gives a deep, captivating luster and rich sheen.
