1. Thorough cleansing with special chemicals First, after shampooing, a special chemical is used to lift and remove iron particles through a chemical reaction. Furthermore, stubborn water spots and scale buildup that cannot be removed by washing are carefully removed panel by panel, leaving the painted surface completely bare.

2. Masking and precision polishing To protect the edges of the rubber moldings and press lines, meticulous masking is performed down to the smallest detail. High-precision polishing is performed to reset car wash scratches and dullness without unnecessarily removing paint film thickness. The finish is polished to make the sharp character lines unique to the 408 stand out even more beautifully.

3. Degreasing and cleaning, and application of coating to each part After a pure water degreasing wash that completely removes compound powder and oil, the following coatings are applied:

• Ceramic coating: Zuya Factory's original high-hardness, high-thickness ceramic coating is applied evenly to every detail of the body. This provides an overwhelming gloss and deep shine, as well as excellent scratch resistance and stain resistance.

• Full window water-repellent coating: After removing oil film and water spots from the glass surface, a highly durable water-repellent agent is applied. This ensures clear visibility in rainy weather.

• Unpainted resin coating: A special coating is applied to the resin parts that are frequently located on the lower part of the front bumper, sides, and rear. This prevents whitening, restores and protects a rich black color, and tightens the overall contrast.

4. Complete drying with a far-infrared heater After applying the coating, it is heated and dried in a dedicated booth to firmly fix the film and complete the process.

Completion: The fatigue of the test drive vehicle is eliminated, and the texture surpasses that of a new car.

Thanks to the base treatment and ceramic coating, the entire body has been imbued with a deep, wet-look gloss and clear transparency. The contrast with the tightly tuned unpainted resin further enhances the sharp design of the Peugeot 408GT.
