Toyota Hilux Surf body glass coating construction | Construction vehicle introduction | blog | Mirror polish that surpasses new cars | Zuya Factory, a car coating specialist in Saitama City

Hello everyone (* ^-^ *)

I am working with all my heart in Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture.

Zuyafactory, a store specializing in body glass coating.

We will introduce a part of the construction this time as well.

Mr. M, Kawaguchi City Toyota Hilux Surf It was purchased second hand and all painted at the store.

The condition of the paint was not so good, and there were some parts that were not completely adhered.

I haven't washed the car even once, but when I put special lighting on it, there are so many scratches ...

It is the result of the final polishing work of all painting. This is sad even if all the paint is done (: _;)

Body glass coating TOKIO

Pure water is used, and after pretreatment with chemicals, polishing is started.

Since the paint is quite soft, it provides the optimum matching of the polishing machine, abrasive, and buff.

Our polishing method adopts special polishing technique

We do not use filling abrasives containing WAX components.

Polishing that does not roughen and does not burden the coating film.

Naturally, the finish is also different.

After polishing, degreasing and car washing are performed and the coating is carefully applied to complete the product. \ (^ O ^) /
