Body coating maintenance Step WGN Mercedes C180 | Construction vehicle introduction | blog | Mirror polish that surpasses new cars | Zuya Factory, a car coating specialist in Saitama City

Hello everyone (* ^-^ *)

I am working with all my heart in Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture.

Zuyafactory, a store specializing in body glass coating.

We will introduce a part of the construction this time as well.

It was constructed 6 months ago. Kawaguchi City K Honda Step WGN Outdoor Storage

Mr. K, who is good at cleaning, received the goods in 6 months, including checking the body, because the car was washed with well water (hard water).

The car is washed every week, but with our car wash kit and careful care by Mr. K, there are almost no car wash scratches, but the water repellency of the bonnet and roof was slightly weakened.

This is a situation where the coating film is not removed by scraping, but the coating film is stained with rain, and the dirt film is stuck on the coating film due to unwiped residue when washing the car.

Our original coating can remove the dirty film only by chemical treatment without polishing (shaving), and the coating film can be exposed. Therefore, the maintenance cost is not so high.

Excellent water repellency after chemical treatment! (^^)!

Next time, we will replenish the coating with light polish maintenance.

Next, Mr. S, Saitama City, 11 months have passed since the construction of Mercedes C180. This owner was also taking care of it every week, but once I asked the gas station to wash the car, the bonnet was full of scratches (:: _;)

The bonnet was corrected and polished, recoated, and the coating film of other panels was also covered with a dirty film, so I replaced the coating after light polishing.

Clean the wheels

The owner was very pleased (* ^-^ *)

We are also looking forward to the next maintenance.
