First of all, the current coating film is peeled off by the base treatment (cleansing polish) and finished on the painted surface where the coating is fixed. As is often asked, the fixing rate of overcoating is very poor when the painted surface is dirty or due to the components of the coating. Please note that it may be dull or blurry.

It has been more than 3 years since the wheel coating, but after cleaning, there was no sticking of dust, no seizure, and it was water repellent. The owner also said that it was good to coat it.
Since it is parked in the blue sky, iron powder is stuck. Zuyafactory does not use trap clay, but decomposes and removes iron powder with a special rubber pad and solvent. If you increase the number of new scratches, the paint will be scraped off and the burden will be increased! By removing rain stains (water spots) as much as possible during the cleansing process, the burden of painting can be reduced during the polishing work of the next process.

After chemical treatment, it is cured and then polished. Zuyafactory prepares a polisher size (polishing machine) that matches the press line, so it will not be over-cured. Please note that if you have an old car, it may be damaged by the masking tape.
Hatchbacks are locked using special tools to create an environment where it is easy to polish every detail.


The B-pillar piano black had scratches because the paint was soft, but the body had few scratches so that it would not be noticeable unless it was illuminated. After all it is a place where I feel that it was good to have two layers last time.
After all the surface treatment is completed, degreasing and car washing are performed, the coating is applied in detail, and the second layer of drying is applied to dry and complete.
