Special coating for matte parts

At Zuya Factory, even if it is a new car, we spend a lot of time cleaning, polishing, degreasing, and preparing the foundation for coating. In any coating, if the coating is applied without taking time for this process, the adhesion will be poor and the original coating performance will not be exhibited, resulting in a deteriorated film. The final drying process is also important.

1st layer of coating ⇒ drying ⇒ 2nd layer of coating ⇒ drying and it will be completed repeatedly.

It has an overwhelming coating film thickness and is shiny.


Be careful with matte colored wheels as they will absorb tire wax!



The resin parts also have a special coating that increases the gloss and slows down the deterioration speed. It also repels water, making it easy to clean.
