Hello everyone! We are Zuya Factory, a car coating specialty store in Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture, where we put our heart and soul into our work. This time, we would like to introduce some of our work. Mr. M, Toda City, Saitama Prefecture, New Nissan X-Trail Brilliant White Pearl/Super Black (2-tone)
[Construction details] Construction period: 2 days Zion Synchro Ceramic Coating/Zuya Factory Original Coating Hydrophilic type (low water repellency)
Wheel ceramic coating Window water repellent coating Fully unpainted resin coating

This time, we consulted with the owner and decided to use a hydrophilic type for the black paint on the roof panels and other parts, and a Zeon Synchro Ceramic Coating for the white pearl paint.

After cleaning, we move on to adjusting the paint film. We check the entire body in detail with a metal halide lamp, and there are small scratches all over the body, which may have been caused by the car being washed at the dealer before delivery, so we will fix them.
Once all the base preparation is complete, the product is degreased and then coated carefully down to the smallest details, then dried to complete the job.

After restoring the car to its original condition, we installed the best possible protective film. Thank you very much for your order.
Even though it is called Scratch Shield (a paint with a self-repairing function), it is only suitable for aluminum and steel plates, and is not suitable for bumpers. Any coating can be applied, but there are some coatings that can dissolve the Scratch Shield paint depending on the ingredients of the coating. Certain franchise stores and shops that don't care much about ingredients apply it without knowing...it's scary.
Zuya Factory offers several types of coatings, and after listening to your vehicle model, body color, storage environment, maintenance methods, etc., we will propose the best coating that fits your budget.
Thank you for reading to the end.
We look forward to receiving your requests.
