Hello everyone! We are Zuya Factory, a car coating specialty store in Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture, where we put our heart and soul into our work. This time, we would like to introduce some of our work. Mr. S from Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture, purchased a 2021 Volkswagen Golf Variant this year, and was concerned about small scratches all over the body and dirt that would not come off even after washing, so he requested a polishing coating from Zuya Factory. Thank you very much. Since the car will be stored indoors, we applied a super water-repellent type coating to the black body color.

A cleansing wash is used to remove iron particles, oil stains, and water stains, and the painted surface is then polished to prepare it.
We will be working on the details, right down to the B-pillars and taillights.

Once all the base preparation is complete, the product is degreased, coated, and then dried to complete the job.

Zuya Factory uses spotlights to check for scratches. Even if the car looks clean, fluorescent tubes will not show scratches. Even if the car is new, surface preparation, degreasing, and drying are very important. No matter how expensive the coating, the end result will be a waste.
