It's been 3 years since the new car, and the owner says that the car is washed with water and that he goes diligently.

When I check the body, the car wash scratches are quite severe, the cause is
(1) Since the paint is soft, it is easy to get scratches. (2) Friction occurred because it was only washed with water and no shampoo was used, causing scratches.
I think that shampoo should be interpreted as a lubricating oil between the body and sponge or microfiber cloth rather than removing dirt.
