① Our shop will perform surface treatment (cleansing treatment, light polishing) even if it is a new car.

The reason is that the curable glass coating adheres tightly to the paint, so the coating performance cannot be fully exhibited unless the base (base) is flat and free of deposits.

This is the same as the construction environment. The ideal coating film cannot be formed unless the construction environment is such that humidity and temperature are thoroughly controlled and dust does not enter.

As for the water used for our work, we make pure water with a filtration device and use only pure water.

After cleaning the body with pure water to the smallest detail, invisible deposits are lifted and removed with a special cleansing agent.

PH value of tap water becomes pure water and the value becomes zero

(2) After that, remove it while checking for scratches with special lighting. (There is always a new car.)

An environment that is too bright when polishing is NG. There are shops that often have a lot of fluorescent lights installed, but you may not see dark colors due to diffuse reflection, but you will not see scratches in light colors.

The ideal construction environment cannot be said unless it is in a dark room (matte color booth) and under appropriate lighting.

③ After polishing, degreasing and washing the car.

Since our shop uses a water-soluble compound, oil can be completely removed only by washing the car, but shops that use oil-based compounds will get the compound in the scratches and organic solvent for complete degreasing. Must be used (again, there is a risk depending on the type of paint and pigment)

I had them polish it well, but it was scratched in a few months. By the way, when the body is smooth and sprinkled with water after polishing, it is the work of oil to repel. Originally, it does not slip to that extent after polishing, and when sprinkled with water, it becomes hydrophilic (it becomes better).

④ It is a coating application.

It is not only necessary to apply the coating, but by applying the coating thickness evenly to the maximum, a more ideal film is formed. You can't apply it thinly or thickly.

At this time, temperature and humidity are the most important.

After that, change it properly to cure the humidity and temperature and take the curing time.

The time depends on the type of coating.
